After a U disk has been used for a long time, some large and small bad blocks will appear. These bad blocks cannot be repaired. The only way is to block those damaged blocks. We need to use some disk software to block it. Today we will use DiskGenius for detection and blocking.

1. Download and install DiskGenius, open the direct interface after opening the program, and make sure that the USB flash drive has been recognized in my computer. If the drive letter of the USB flash drive is not displayed in the system, it is another situation. When the U disk is recognized, select the drive letter of the U disk as shown below.

2. Right-click the U disk letter and select "Bad Sector Detection and Repair".

3. When the following interface appears, you can still choose a different drive letter. There are "Start Detection" and "Attempt Repair" in the lower left corner.
