If it cannot be used in management, try to use the command to add the guest to the standard group:

Win+X, command prompt administrator, change the guest account password: enter net user guest password

Command to change the guest account to the standard account type: enter Net localgroup Guests user name /add

If the command prompt is completed, it means that the system components should be fine. After completion, try to log in to the computer with guest to see if the guest password has been changed, or if the guest account type has been changed to standard.

If there is no guests group, try using the command to see if you can directly enter the users and groups. Press win+r, enter lusrmgr.msc, press Enter, and see what happens. If the command cannot be entered, it may be a version problem that causes your system to fail. Therefore it cannot be changed.
